We needed these books by August 9th. When we placed our order on August 3rd the website indicated our books would arrive within 5-6 days from the order date. The books didn’t arrive until August 10th. I contacted customer support before the order was delivered to request a refund. The refund was denied because the order was still in transit. Once the books were delivered, I contacted customer support again and was told that it takes 1-2 days for production. That’s not what the website said. I explained this to the customer support rep and they began arguing with me back in forth via email. When I asked to speak to a manager that was denied as well. I asked for a reprint for them to fix it as it’s clearly they production error and they are trying to tell me i probably layed it out wrong and I would have to reorder and pay. It’s literally their layouts, you have no control over the spine placement or shifted front. Thinking would like to do something like this for all 7 Grandchildren and give the albums to each of them for Christmas.
