My latest order was processed on 24 August and handed over to Royal Mail on 25 August. By 6 September, 12 days later, they still hadn’t arrived. Customer service have agreed to reprint them, but the more worrying thing is that I’ve sent several orders through FreePrints and I now don’t even know whether the other orders have actually arrived either. Ultimately, the service has failed at the one thing it exists to do: print photos and get them to the recipient.
