Unfortunately there are a few fundamental problems. 1/ If a user submits a date range requesting leave, that range is only received as a single day, the date which the request was made. For some reason the range gets lost. Makes the app completely unusable. 2/ It is not possible to delete a user/employee. There should be this ability, especially if fake ones were created as test users to learn the app! Note to the developer: Sort out the above, and I’ll give you a good rating! **Developer response:** Hi, Malcolm! We're truly sorry for the delay; however, we confirm that we have fixed the issue you described. You can send a request with a selected date range. With admin access, you can now create and delete the company account with all its data. You can also restrict app access for chosen employees. Don't hesitate to contact support if you face any other issues. ### 1/5 — Super long error message *2021-06-15* I need help I’ve set my staff up on this app and. Now it isn’t working… giving me a super long error message- it’s turning out to be crap **Developer response:** Hi there! The app has been significantly improved since June 2021, so we encourage you to try it out again. ### 5/5 — Finally an easy app *2026-05-07* Freequest updates are the best. I was using it for some lower level things at first but this new scheduling update really made things so much easier. Long gone are the days of the million screenshots just to keep track of it all anymore. I just open the calendar and everything is there. No more surprises. My team checks the app everyday to see if anyone dropped out and replace if needed. Our field is fast, but freequest is faster. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback!
