### 2/5 — Alarm

*2026-08-18, version 3.6.7*

Please fix the alarms for the low blood sugar or just make it to where they only beep once and to where they don’t interrupt other things that are Bluetooth PLEASE I CANT KEEP GETTING WOKEN UP IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SLEEP 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

### 3/5 — Accuracy

*2026-08-16, version 3.6.7*

The sensor is not accurate , I was thinking it would help but every time I get my Lab results I told the Doctor that A1C 6.2 and 7.8 is way off .. it really frustrates me because I am thinking it’s 6.2 when Lab shows another result for A1C ???

### 2/5 — Alerts

*2026-08-15, version 3.6.7*

I don’t need critical alerts also if I get out of Bluetooth range it sounds off I’m a type 2 I don’t need that

### 2/5 — Screen does not clear!

*2026-08-13, version 3.6.7*

Screen does not clear after an entry so you end up with multiple entries that you must restart your phone, bringing the app again to clear multiple entries!

### 2/5 — More of a downgrade than an upgrade

*2026-08-12, version 3.6.7*

Previous versions allowed easier and faster input of carbs, insulin and exercise. Access to reports isn’t as straightforward either. I really don’t like the new design, it feels like a big step backwards for the UI.

### 3/5 — Accurate but keeps losing signal

*2026-08-12, version 3.6.7*

When it works it works great. I keep losing signal however. If you can fix that it works be great or at least have a way to manual way to reconnect instead of just hoping for the best.

### 2/5 — phone battery killer

*2026-08-07, version 3.6.7*

doesn’t play nice with iPhone 13 mini; per instructions currently removing and reinstalling app OF COURSE it’s requiring I remove the current sensor to continue. Love the alarm going off in the middle of the night with false readings too

### 3/5 — Libre 3 plus

*2026-08-05, version 3.6.7*

Disruptive Alarm System. Contains too many errors and falling off of sensors

### 2/5 — Doesn’t mesh as well as Dexcom did

*2026-08-05, version 3.6.7*

I was on Dexcom a few years ago, and it meshed with Apple health as well as Apple Watch. There was a way to
Show CGM reading on watch face. I’m trying out libre but haven’t found same accessibility.

### 3/5 — It crashes since the last iOS update

*2026-08-04, version 3.6.7*

When I updated my iPhone yesterday, the app crashes. It seems to be random, but then I realized it crashes when the sensor updates. Once that happens, if I restart the app, the screen flashes to the app and then the app terminates instantly. The only fix is to remove the app and the app data and reinstall the app from scratch entering all my personal information. This causes it to forget all the history, which is unacceptable. Apparently it wasn’t tested carefully with the new iOS.

Other than that, up to that point, it was outstanding except at the range of the sensor seems to be a little bit limited, which is understandable considering it’s very small size and probably very low power output. The sensor accuracy seems to be reasonable, it’s usually within about five points of my onetouch ultra test unit. it’s clearly within the margin of error because I can test my blood and in five seconds later to test it again and the sugar level will change by three or four points so five points is close enough.

Overall, it’s good if they would fix the crash problem

### 1/5 — Update

*2026-08-03, version 3.6.7*

I hate it every 5 minutes I got a notification that I need to change my sensor, but the sensor is working fine, I can’t take of this notification because they’re the critical notification, now my phone got this notification and it’s really hard to sleep because of that. Please fix it soon

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-08-02, version 3.6.7*

Highly inaccurate. And the main annoyance is that the critical alert alarm constantly goes off once a sensor fails (which is often does), and you can’t get them to turn off unless you uninstall the app. Turning off notifications doesn’t work because then the app doesn’t function (and alarms go off anyway). Be prepared for this thing to wake you up in the middle of the night for no good reason, going off every 5 minutes.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2026-07-30, version 3.6.7*

This new version is not as good as the previous version. It doesn’t allow me to scan the home page to see the actual reading when I glide my finger over the graph. It doesn’t allow me to edit the time I enter my food diary. It looses the signal from the sensor more frequently.

### 2/5 — No icon for home screen

*2026-07-30, version 3.6.7*

It would be great to have an icon for my home screen. This is a nice app, but, I continually have to go into the App Store to open it up. This is ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Awful DO NOT UPDATE TO THIS NEW APP

*2026-07-29, version 3.6.7*

Every single sensor I used errored out within 5 minutes to an hour. I lost 6 sensors and I pay out of pocket as my health insurance won’t cover them. I called and was told to just buy the reader machine. Absolutely terrible app and horrible customer support.

### 1/5 — Old app was a lot better

*2026-07-28, version 3.6.7*

In the old app I could select a time on the graph and it would show you glucose number. When looking at history, this version only shows you a tiny graph for a full 24 hours.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate reading and connectivity issue

*2026-07-27, version 3.6.7*

This App sucks I’ve been through 3-4 sensors because their always issue with reading or connectivity, it keep giving me error messages and stop responding. Please update the app.

### 1/5 — incessant loud alarms

*2026-07-26, version 3.6.7*

I don’t have another monitor to compare the readings to (though I have my doubts) but within minutes of using this I was frustrated. The alarms are constantly going off to tell me I’m low. It says you can customize the tone and volume or silence for 6hrs but none of these options are showing up for me. I get “custom” and “standard” but they are exactly the same. Way too loud and way too frequent. How is someone suppose to sleep?

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-26, version 3.6.7*

The company should stop selling these products. They don’t work.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-07-25, version 3.6.7*

This app is trash. Put a sensor on my son last night & it’s been at signal loss since midnight. He’s literally standing next to me & it will not read the numbers. The whole point of a CGM is to avoid finger pricks & I am still having to do so bc this app doesn’t work. Guess I’ll have to replace the sensor just to see if maybe the Libre by Abbott app works better. These things are too expensive for the app to not work properly.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Glitches constantly

*2026-08-18, version 3.6.7*

Well, my first problem is showing extremely low level levels only to check with a fingerprint to realize it’s not

Keeps reminding me to add a new sensor after I’ve already Added a new sensor, annoying alerts

### 1/5 — Was better previously

*2026-08-17, version 3.6.7*

Constantly tells me I need a new sensor. I’m starting to think they just want to fleece me by making me replace perfectly good sensors. The fact that my glucose is always updated when I get in the app doesn’t reduce the issue.

### 1/5 — Very bad

*2026-08-15, version 3.6.7*

It’s awful

### 1/5 — If I could give a zero I would.

*2026-08-14, version 3.6.7*

Quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. Honestly I don’t even know which is worse, the app or the actual sensor. The sensor keeps disconnecting and the app just says lost connection alarms unavailable. I can’t see readings and the ones I do get are way off. I’m always getting alarms for critical low levels which result in unnecessary extra finger pokes for reassurance. The constant annoying unceasing alerts are the worst part. You can’t turn them off.. They kept waking me up at night last night (even if you have your phone on sleep more or do not disturb they still come through) it got to the point where I deleted the app and took the sensor off not even 24 hours after getting it and using it for the first time. I am switching to Dexcom instead because this is ridiculous. I paid out of pocket for this sensor because my insurance didn’t want to cover it and I am not even able to repair it to their other app they have in store to see if it’s any better that this horrible app. They should pull this app off the store so people don’t get confused and waste money time and sensors.

### 1/5 — So bad

*2026-08-13, version 3.6.7*

Managers have DEF ears, sensors have issues after issues. Stop reporting to the Board this is a good product! It SUCKS

### 1/5 — Worst NagWare since AOL

*2026-08-13, version 3.6.7*

Loud, frequent alarms to replace sensor. Even after replacing and activating a new sensor. I’ve had to turn off the alarms, which completely rendered the app inoperable.

### 1/5 — Connectivity

*2026-08-10, version 3.6.7*

I have had the libre system for 2 months now and have 4 out of 6 sensors unable to process the glucose levels with the same unable to connect alert. I am now on my 7th as they have replaced the 4 faulty sensors to no avail. Last chance libre

### 1/5 — Dad & Son Can't Use at Same Time

*2026-08-08, version 3.6.7*

I am the manager of our account on my email. But when I started my sensor it says it took over my son's sensor for his device. Could you please fix this issue where two devices parent & child can't be on the same account?

### 1/5 — My app won’t open

*2026-08-08, version 3.6.7*

I don’t understand it worked just fine up until quarter after nine tonight which is August 7, 2026 and now it will not open

### 1/5 — Shut Up

*2026-08-05, version 3.6.7*

There is no control over the loud sound or when it goes off!!! Don’t dare step away from your phone. Awful app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Libre 3

*2026-07-04, version 3.6.6*

It’s a life saver. The beeps are very useful.

### 5/5 — Freestyle Libre 3

*2026-06-20, version 3.6.6*

I love my Libre sensor. Never had an issue falling off maybe because I use a patch cover. Put it on as directed. No issue. I like the formats. The doctor can see the graphs and the daily, weekly progress, which is great. Ask doc’s office for the code to connect.
Very seldom does it disconnect. It helps me be accountable and I need that.

### 5/5 — KathyK

*2026-06-17, version 3.6.6*

Freestyle is so much better than any other GCM I HAVE USED ! Easy to navigate , find activities I’ve logged. and accurate . I would highly recommend Libre 3 above all others !! I would give it 10 stars if it were available 🥰

### 5/5 — Unreliable

*2026-05-13, version 3.6.6*

The sensors are not reliable. They are great when everything’s working though. The app lost all my data because I had to delete and re download due to a glitch. Then all my data was gone. With the same acct info Wth

### 5/5 — Bring availability to Apple Watch

*2026-03-03, version 3.6.6*

I have been using this glucose monitor for 2 months. There's times when I move around my house that I just don't bring my iPhone. I would appreciate if the monitor also used the Apple Watch to take readings. Especially when I go exercising at the gym or when I go for walks/ runs. Thank you for making diabetes easier to manage.

### 5/5 — Alarm

*2026-01-25, version 3.6.6*

Would be a wonderful option to be able to add a trust family member to receive alarm notifications when glucose is to low

### 5/5 — Libre 3 plus

*2026-01-23, version 3.6.6*

Could this be the reason I have a tumor in my arm the three torn tendons?

### 5/5 — Like old app

*2026-01-10, version 3.6.6*

Old app was better and easier to use as in this one

### 5/5 — App crashes

*2026-01-05, version 3.6.6*

I’ve been using this app every day for several times a day to monitor my blood sugar levels but it’s not been loading since 01.04.2026 all on a sudden. Hopefully the developer will notice my review and take some action

### 5/5 — Great Product

*2026-01-05, version 3.6.6*

A little bit confusing at first when used for first time but once you get used to it, it does the job as it should.
