She answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and made everyone feel included throughout the tour. What stood out most was her warm personality and genuine passion for her city. He is so knowledgeable but has a way of simplifying what is a very complicated history and culture so that we could understand it. My son is a full time wheelchair user so I asked about accessibility. We received a quick response reassuring us that it would be. Our guide Barbara was welcoming. The tour was interesting for both myself and my son (19 years old). We are more than happy to pay this and have done when guides have been entertaining and engaging. Bao was none of the above. The second was moved to the following day with less than 24 hours notice and we were unable to attend on the new date because we had a flight. An absolutely useless and disgraceful experience.
