I’ve got ADHD and am always so optimistic about how much time and energy I’ll probably have weeks from now, and I overschedule myself and then fall into social burnout. Freevening is helping me actually make time to rest, while also giving me a way more realistic understanding of how much time I actually have and when I can schedule something next without it draining me.
