## What is Freia?

Freia supports patients who are participating in clinic-managed care programs.

The app helps patients follow clinician-provided plans and stay connected to their care program between appointments.

Features may include:

  • viewing care tasks and progress over time
  • tracking sleep, activity, and exercise information
  • viewing nutrition-related support
  • completing weekly emotional wellbeing check-ins

Freia is available only through participating clinics and is used as part of care overseen by qualified clinicians.
