FreightLinq is a sealed-bid freight procurement platform built for logistics directors, operations staff, and transporters. Directors can create freight requests, set bid deadlines, invite transporters, review sealed bids, and award contracts — all from their phone. Staff can monitor active shipments, track deliveries on the live map, manage transporter relationships, and view audit logs in real time. Transporters get instant bid invitations, submit competitive quotes, and track their earnings and bid history. OPEN TO ALL CARRIERS A shipment can be opened to every verified carrier on Freightlinq, not only your own list. The card says so while quotes are coming in, shows how many quotes came from carriers you had never worked with, and marks a winner who came in that way as New. A shipment waiting to open by itself says when. The list can be narrowed to just the open ones — and the filter only appears once there is something to show. SHARE WITH YOUR FINANCE TEAM One tap on an awarded shipment writes the note your finance team needs — what was confirmed, what was awarded, what has been paid, what to pay now — with the same figures as the ledger. Check it, edit it, send it on WhatsApp, share it, or copy it. YOUR ACCOUNT You can delete your account from the app. A shipment waiting at the gate can be taken back to the schedule sheet. FIXES Quotes are compared on the number the carrier typed — no tax assumed. A consignee sending their own truck never shows as an open payment. The delete-account sheet fits a phone screen and its buttons reach the bottom. ### 1.1.6 — 2026-09-14 A shipment now tells you what is on it and who is waiting for it. WHAT IS ON THE TRUCK Every shipment lists its products — each line with its quantity and weight — and the consignee it is going to, with the address and a phone number you can tap. Shipments raised from the schedule sheet say so, and a cell folded into another truck follows that truck instead of waiting for ever. THE SHIPMENT SCREEN, COMPLETE Share a shipment, attach or open a proof of delivery, read the special instructions, see who was invited, and send a carrier a fresh sign-in link — all from the phone, the same as on the web. A document opens, or says plainly why it cannot. ONE DOOR TO A NEW SHIPMENT New request has one entry point. Place names arrive with their capitals, and the staff strip reads as four plain facts: still to send, raised today, pace, and what needs fixing. The month rail always reaches next month. ON THE NETWORK A shipment opened to the wider carrier network says so right on the list, and the list can be filtered to just those. SETTINGS The proof-of-delivery-before-Delivered switch is on the phone's settings now. SIGN IN A cleaner sign-in screen that keeps its words. Each carrier now shows how far above the winning price they quoted on the jobs they lost — a fair comparison, and often a surprising one. YOUR LANES, IN FULL "On your lanes" used to be a single number. Tap it now for the lanes behind it: what each one costs this month, what it usually costs, and the gap. Lanes with no history are left out rather than measured against a guess. ALERTS EVERYONE CAN SEE The month's standing jobs — money owed, a consignee with no town on record, running behind pace, one carrier holding most of the month — now reach the notifications screen for every account, not only owners. MONTH-TO-MONTH THAT MAKES SENSE Spend part-way through a month is compared against the same days of last month, so an early month no longer reads as a drop that never happened. When you send a load from the schedule, the app now asks which it is. Choose the customer's truck and the load waits under Ready to Dispatch with a single next step — Truck has arrived — where you record the vehicle and driver. From there it moves exactly like any other load: gate, transit, delivery, proof. These loads never go out for quotes and never carry a price, so the app stops asking about them. No quote counter, no bid deadline, and the progress bar shows the four stages the load can actually reach instead of ten with half greyed out. A clearer schedule The schedule tab opens on Summary — how the month is running, where every promised tonne sits, who is furthest behind, and what it is costing — with the sheet one tap away. The cards carry more: tonnes beside the percentage, how many customers are still owed, and how this month's rate compares with last. The month has one sheet now instead of two. Figures are printed in the cells, rows and columns with nothing in them can be hidden, and the customer names and totals stay put while the parts scroll sideways. Smaller things The greeting names the person working, not the account behind them, so you no longer see two names on one screen. Notifications and your profile are now in the top corner of every main screen, not just the schedule. Products and customers moved into Settings, where the rest of your master data lives.
