## What is Fr@elli?

In the Capuchin friary of Meersel-Dreef, Belgium, you can visit the Franciscan Experience Center. Seven rooms that take you on an experiential discovery of Franciscan Spirituality. This app gives you impulses to further your journey of discovery in following Jesus Christ, just as Saint Francis did.  

Discover how the life of Saint Francis changed the way the Church proclaims the Gospel. Delve deeper into how Francis saw all creation as his brother or sister, and how we can do that too. Unveil the richness of poverty and confront your greatest fear. Discern how God looks at you, how we are all connected, and how we are but strangers and pilgrims in life.  

This app will help you grow in faith and turn spirituality into a lived experience.

comes from Francis – Saint Francis 

Fratelli – which is the Italian word for brother – how St. Francis saw the creation, as his brothers and sisters 

‘Elli’ – إلي  - which is Arabic for ‘to me’ 

This app wants to bring ‘Francis to me’ – wants to help me make Franciscan Spirituality my own – make it part of my own lived reality.
