The UI is not to standards of a mobile app. This is due to the fact that this is not a native mobile app.

Would have been good if the City Officials would involved the many high tech professionals residing in Fremont in the design and development.

I downloaded the app hoping I would have a quick way to report burnt out street lights traffic lights potholes and other driving hazards. 
But the app has nothing for that.

I attempted to report a concern to the fire department and the app just snapped back to the Home Screen. 

Every department has a different interface. Nice idea though.

Icons of the app clutters in Half screen instead of full. Idea behind the app is good but app UI comes short . Does Fremont City Office support this fully?

UI is clunky and not visually appealing. Some good features, but laggy. Needs a lot of work. Will give higher stars once it is improved...
