And initial setup is like winning a lottery and the customer support actually take pride in that. This is ridiculous. Business account here is funny, it takes two weeks to have a fund available. Apparently they do manual check. For opening an account it took 4 hours. Lol. I have had multiple failed attempts to log-in to see what’s going on with my account! The finger print recognition doesn’t even work after I’ve installed it over three times. I also don’t like the fact that if you want to check your account history you’re unable to through the app. I really wanted to like this bank but I can’t have my money somewhere just blindly.
