There are minor annoyances like alerts that appear at the top of the page which you can close, but then if you log out and log back in five minutes later, the exact same alert shows up again. It’s annoying to have to continually turn off the alerts. When paying bills if you tap on the box to input a value, it shows zero, but you have to backspace and remove the zero first before you can actually put in a real number. If you just start typing the real number the zeros in front don’t go away. Lastly, this isn’t so much the app per se, but the system takes several days to update. I can make a payment to my line of credit from my Fremont Bank checking account and even though it’s an internal transfer, it can take anywhere from 2 to 3 days to an entire week to show that the payment has posted.
