## What is French Subjunctive?

Form the French subjunctive, and know when to use it.

A small app for English-speaking intermediate learners (about A2–B2) who already know the subjunctive exists and want concentrated work on two problems: how to form it, and when French actually requires it.

This is not a beginner French course, not a DELF programme, and not a general grammar app.

Short lessons on formation — present-tense stems, être and avoir, aller and faire, and the usual irregulars — and on usage: want and emotion, doubt and possibility, need and judgement, linking phrases, and the constructions that do not take the subjunctive.

PRACTISE
Recognition: does this sentence need the subjunctive?
Production: type the form.
