### 3/5 — Good app but buggy

*2022-03-08*

The calendar is off by a day so it’s confusing to track symptoms. I appreciate all the trackable variables but the social and activity sections are hyper specific and lacking in options. (IIRC two of the four activities to chose from are “beauty” and “knitting”. Huh?)

Regardless, nice app and handier than using a notebook. Visualizations are pretty nice, too.

**Developer response:** Lenabee, thank you so much for this feedback! We really appreciate it.
You will see on our next update, that the activities will take into account your points, so please hang tight it's coming soon :-)
So sorry to hear that your calendar appears off - we have had the tech team look into this thoroughly and test it. We'd love to get more info from you if you'd be keen to email us on hello@frendo.co.uk.
Thanks so much

### 2/5 — Seems good but doesn’t let enter new details each day

*2022-02-15, version 1.3.3*

For some reason each day it moves everything I’ve tracked to the current day, so it’s not actually tracking my symptoms. Very strange, I think once they fix the problem the app will work great. It’s a great idea for a health app to specifically help you track endo symptoms.

### 3/5 — so much potential, needs improvement though

*2021-06-27*

i love that this app has literally ALL endo symptoms available to track. however, i think more social and activity tracking options need to be added. more positive moods definitely needed to be added. also, the calendar is off, which can be confusing at times; the calendar doesn’t begin the week with sunday- it begins with saturday, for some reason. the articles the app suggests to read aren’t updated frequently, either, but that’s not a big issue.

all in all, it’s a really great endo tracking app that just needs some tweaks to really grow to its full potential.

**Developer response:** You're so kind for taking the time to write this - we appreciate this so much :-)

In our very next update you will see many of these updates, so if you have any further user feedback please do let us know on hello@frendo.co.uk! Thanks so much

### 1/5 — Not good

*2025-08-08, version 1.7.4*

Have downloaded loads of these apps now trying to find the one and this one barely gives anything. Sorry but avoid

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2024-02-05*

So glitchy… wish it was better!

### 1/5 — Calendar is glitchy

*2023-06-09*

This is a good app for tracking pain, symptoms, etc. but the calendar is so glitchy and if I need to go back to view a previous day or add/change something, I’m not able to select certain days. Very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Why do you need an account?!

*2023-05-07*

In this day and age I don’t understand why you need my name and email address. Women are literally being persecuted for their health info and I do NOT FEEL SAFE being forced to create an account to simply view the app. I was really excited to try this app but I can’t even see the features available unless I provide you with my name and email address????? I literally don’t even know if it will do what I want it to do because there is no way to test it out without creating an account. This is a completely tone deaf move given current world events. At least let us see if we even want the app before forcing us to tell you who we are.

### 1/5 — Not very good

*2022-08-18, version 1.6.3*

I downloaded the app with hopes that it would be a good tracker for my symptoms and flares.
I have tried multiple times to update my tracker and the app crashes right at the end so all the useful tracking information that IS there is rendered useless.
I liked the initial set up, the questionnaire and the tracking information, it’s got useful articles as well but honestly I lost my patience pretty quick deleted it after all the attempts at trying and failing to track.

### 1/5 — Force close on save

*2022-07-14*

I tried this app for the first time today and it is awesome to track symptoms, however, I can’t track anything since the app force closes when you hit save. I had much higher expectations for this app :(

**Developer response:** Hey there, thanks for this feedback - you are awesome for saying that it is awesome!

Please make sure to do an update and please let us know if you're still having this issue hello@frendo.co.uk. Thanks for giving us this time

### 2/5 — very disappointed.

*2025-02-14*

having endometriosis is expensive. why can’t we have an endo app that’s FREE!!! i logged 12 days for free. today it wouldn’t let me log symptoms without paying a subscription. extremely frustrating and annoying. why do you feel the need to have a subscription for a health app??

### 2/5 — Error in stats

*2024-09-08, version 1.7.2*

For some reason when I go to the month I’m review the chart doesn’t actually show the levels of pain which is not very helpful.

### 2/5 — Tracking doesn’t work

*2024-03-21, version 1.7.2*

Given it two stars because the parameters are great and the most comprehensive I’ve seen but having just downloaded the app today it will not let me track anything and I can’t update it.

### 2/5 — Seriously?

*2022-08-03*

This app has great features but the calendar is off by a day. Really? It’s such a simple thing, but fix it! Hard to take this seriously when the date isn’t even right.

**Developer response:** So glad you love the features!

Please keep doing the updates, and thanks so much for taking the time for this feedback.

### 5/5 — the best endo tracker!

*2023-10-02, version 1.7.1*

i got this app a year ago when i started getting pains again and it worked fine for me back then. i stopped only because my pains started to get better. i got it again now that my symptoms are more severe as i want to start taking my health seriously. this app is so helpful. there’s so much to track & the ui is so clean and pretty that i actually enjoy spending a few minutes at a time on there. i usually find tracking things a chore, but this makes it so easy. i’m not sure why other people have been getting bugs, as i’ve not had any in the many times i’ve used this, so i’d assume it’s a personal phone thing. i’d recommend anyone with endo or suspected endo to get this even just try it out for a little while. remember girlies, don’t downplay your pain or let anyone tell you you’re being dramatic! this is a painful condition and you’re completely valid 🫡

### 5/5 — Frendo

*2023-02-06, version 1.6.4*

Am finding the App great for really tracking my cycles and pain, I am guilty of playing down the pain when not In pain however have found the app great at helping me communicate and track my pain for others to see.

### 5/5 — Frendo is a sign of great things to come

*2022-07-30, version 1.6.3*

This app is one of it’s kind and paves the way for improvements in all areas of management of endometriosis both for patients who suffer and their caregivers. I feel extremely proud that this app has been created in Ireland and I think gives hope to all those affected. Well done to Dearbhail and all involved! I find it so useful.

### 4/5 — Little disappointed suddenly have to pay

*2024-03-23*

A while ago I didn’t understand how I have had this app for months and suddenly asked for monthly or yearly payment. I didn’t want to lose progress and this has helped. Little disappointed that to journal my endo journey I have to pay but oh well. But not it was 4.23 a month now I just had 6.23. Why up $2? I don’t think that’s right when I subscribed for 4.23 not 6.23

### 4/5 — Good app however

*2023-07-10, version 1.6.12*

I believe this app is a really great step in the right direction towards more attention being drawn to endometriosis!!

This app seems to be very useful for people who suffer with endo, as it’s filled with many tips, tricks, recipes and other information that is really beneficial for fellow endo sufferers.

The only negative thing I would say about this app is the price. I understand that there needs to be some sort of charge, however I believe that endo has already taken so much from the people that this app is aimed for and if we are to begin shedding more light towards this horrible disease then charging $50 for a subscription just doesn’t seem right. I have been searching for an app like this for a long time, however as a young person I simply just cannot afford to purchase a subscription to this app.

### 4/5 — Little disappointed suddenly have to pay

*2023-05-21*

I don’t understand how I have had this app for months and suddenly asked for monthly or yearly payment. I didn’t want to lose progress and this has helped. Little disappointed that to journal my endo journey I have to pay but oh well.

### 4/5 — The app us with endo need!!

*2022-08-01*

Frendo is the most detailed tracking app I’ve encountered yet and the insights I’ve gained from tracking has made it easier to communicate with my doctors.

4/5 stars because lately the app has been buggy and actually hasn’t let me save any tracking but just updated and hoping that will solve that issue! Also sometimes it’s almost too detailed and takes awhile to fill out but I much rather have the option to add more than less.

Thank you for creating an app that reflects the complexity of this disease!

**Developer response:** Wow, delighted you love it so much and that it is so useful for your endo.
Don't forget the Tracker can be customised so if it's too detailed you can customise it to what you want to see...but we all know how many symptoms endo can have!
Keep doing those updates too :-) Thank you so much

### 3/5 — I really want to love this app

*2024-07-21*

So I really like all the different options/symptoms that this app lets you log unfortunately I’m having an issue where some days it won’t save my symptoms no matter how many times I try then the next day it will so I can’t accurately track anything when I’m missing days here & there.

### 3/5 — It’s got a lot of potential

*2023-04-14*

There are lots of features about this app that I really enjoy. It’s the most comprehensive app for endometriosis I’ve come across. So much so, that rather than deleting the app, I’ll give my feedback.

-When I attempt to track data from previous days I can only enter data every second day. For example, if I click on Monday the 24th it would bring me to Tuesday the 25th.

- I’m still unsure what the predicting will be like. I’m new to this app and my understanding is that it can predict however, I’m not sure what that would look like.

- The lifestyle options are all positive. However, I think it would be useful to track non-positive lifestyle habits (eg alcohol), as these can really affect someone’s mood, etc.

- I would find it useful to have more options for sleep. Did I sleep well? Did I wake up frequently? Did I have trouble going to bed? Did I have nightmares? all of these have an effect on me the following day, and would be useful to track.

These adjustments would make this the most helpful app 🙂 then I’ll be happy to change my rating to five stars!!!

### 3/5 — It’s okay but stopped tracking

*2022-12-23, version 1.6.4*

Was doing well almost did a month then all of a sudden when I’m trying to track from Wednesday to today it’s stopped saving it so having to track via writing it down again 😒
