What is happening. I log in and the password is saved nothing happens. I changed the password and it tells me incorrect password. Then entered the correct password and nothing. I have deleted and installed nothing. Help!!!! ### 1/5 — Very unhappy and would not recommend product. *2024-11-05, version 1.68.4* Fix the damn app so you can connect when you have to reset or add to a new wifi. Clearly you don’t care enough as so many people have already complained about this and more than a year later I am faced with the same problems. Not good enough in this smart home society! ### 1/5 — Dissatisfied *2024-02-10, version 1.68.4* I too am having problems with this connecting to the app. I loved this product (had one for several years and never had a problem). Liked it so much that I went out and purchased a second one. This is where I had problems. Couldn’t connect the device to the app. I even took my product back to the store and got another one. I know I’ve followed all the steps correctly as I haven’t had a problem with my first one connecting. I know I have it on 2.4G, reinstalled the app, returned the product to the shop and got another one to still find the same issue of couldn’t connect. Surely there is an issue with the app or otherwise the app and I would like a replacement product that actually works or an update to the app that fixes this issue. ### 1/5 — Broken app won't connect to devices *2023-12-26, version 1.68.4* I'm at least the third person who can confirm something's gone awry with the app. I moved home recently and had to reset my connection to the device, as I have new WiFi. It's stuck in the first step of connection and when I eventually get an offer to connect via "AP mode", that's just a further waste of time. Until this is fixed, if it ever will be, I'll be setting reminders via Siri every 5 days to refill the water, every 30 days to change filter, and every 60 days for a full clean. Defeats the purpose of the app though, nor will I know how clean the water supposedly is. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-12-21, version 1.68.4* Does not connect to my wifi. I have tried everything but it keeps saying the connection failed. The green bullet just keeps pulsing and after a long wait you get a failed message. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, checked the wifi password and settings as per instructions, not to use 5 ghz mode. I don’t know what else I can do or try and consider myself tech savvy.
