This has been a huge fail. It is not user friendly either. Not a fan of this new update. They should also give you the option to report illegal firework via the app This app never works right! Update June 3, 2024. Getting errors when submitting that the 311 system is unreachable. When I chat with FresGo, they say they are not aware of any outages. This happens so many times it’s hard to make over request through the app. You have to go to the website which actually works. This was not an upgrade but a downgrade when they tried to upgrade this app. Update: 9-23-24: I upgraded from three star of four star because the OK, app is much better and response is back to normal, very fast. I would give it five stars if they would include an option to report Homeless encampments because of the new law effective September 23, 2024. 2/25/26. Before and after the most recent update every time I tried to submit a request it says retry that they can’t reach their server. I even went online and tried it through the online service same message. I even chatted with their chat box same message. ### 2/5 — Not work *2025-03-24, version 5.0.1* New App and updated. When you try to report something, the location is never accurate; even when entering an address, the system often records the wrong place, as if it crosses from one street to another. It's a real headache, especially for a tool specifically designed to address local needs, where accuracy is essential. Moreover, this version lacks important features that the previous Fresno city application had, such as the option to report dead animals in public areas, damages, and other issues. Although the visual design has been improved, the result is not functional. It's much more efficient to simply call 3-1-1, since the application currently wastes time. It was changed awhile ago but won’t let pothole reports be submitted. I just keep getting “311 not available errors”. I told them about the issue two months ago and they were supposedly aware and it was being worked on. It still doesn’t work. I’ve had two alignments and 2 sets of tires replaced in that time. Finally made a request for repairs for every pothole on my commute, and they were fixed, I swear to god, THE VERY NEXT DAY. The app is buggy, sure, but I’ll deal with it for the power to direct my tax dollars towards making my life immediately better overnight. ### 5/5 — Will force landlords to fix things *2021-12-01, version 4.2* Used it to get hot water and boom my landlord had it fixed a week later. This was of course after emailing them for three months. The reporting process was incredibly simple & the app design was pretty fluid. I received feedback through the app, about my reported issue, within the hour from a city representative. I was skeptical about the app due to the other negative comments, but after using it myself, I didn’t experience any of the same issues or found the app difficult to navigate at all. Perhaps people need to realize that it’s not really feasible for the city of Fresno to instantly respond to the every need of over half a million residents spread over 114 square miles... 😅 ### 5/5 — Great for communicating with the city. *2019-07-20, version 3.9.6* I have used this app for graffiti, structural problems, and a few more city problems.
