## What is Fresh App Local?

Fresh App Local is an application to promote farmers' markets and other direct-to-consumer market outlets like CSA programs, on-farm, agritourism, U-Pick, and roadside stands. The App also intends to connect local growers of fresh produce with the community.

Through a grant entitled FRESH App and a Community Network to Promote Farmers' Markets and Other Direct-to-Consumer Market Outlets. FRESH stands for Farm Regionally/Locally and Engage Supportive Households. We encourage you to use FRESH App Local to support growers of locally grown fresh produce.

Hello,

I just added a small minor feature on the checkout page where the user can choose between delivery or carry out. Based on the current database of our app, there is currently one market that supports the delivery, but we work with the other markets to support that. The delivery option will be only activated for that market.

Hello,

In this updated version, my customer asks for adding a feature that allows the user to submit a pre-order to be picked up from the participated farmers' markets. By going to the market tab(Second to the last), the user will have the chance to browse any market products by clicking on the Pre-order button which takes the user to a page that lists the products listed by the farmer of that market. The products are saved into our database online and they are updated weekly through our market manager using our website. The user will browse the products, and select whatever he/she wants, these products will be saved into a cart, and then when the user will check out an order is sent to the market manager to prepare it for the customer. There will be no payment here, the payment will be offline when the customer picks up the order. The main purpose of this new feature is to promote our local farmer products through our app. 
You are more than welcome to test this feature using the same user name and password for testing which is ismail1/Test123!
I hope this process gets approved ASAP to allow the farmer and customer to utilize the app during the farmers' summer season.

Hello,
Based on my client's request. I replaced the event tab in the current version with a new tab called Market Search. The new Market Search tab included several operations that allow the user to find the proper farmers based on very specific criteria.  I also added some new input for adding a new farm that you can access through the farmers' tab. The new modification will help our customers find the proper specific farmers that they are looking for.
