This is by far the worst ordering app.
There are actually so many issue that I can’t even list them all. 

I wonder if anyone even test it before releasing or updating.

Deleted and lose a customer too. 

Goddamn learn to build an app, it not that difficult.

Useless. Doesn’t work. Only shows 1 restaurant now. Charges a fee for nothing. Has an apple pay option that doesn’t work. Insulting to your customers! Without Apple Pay, I’m very suspicious about the safety of entering your payment info.

Accidentally ordered from three cities down, and the store was permanently closed.
Can’t do anything about my purchase because I can’t contact the store at all!

Can’t even make an order on this app anymore, it doesn’t track my location properly to find the closest restaurant. There isn’t even a fallback where I can choose the restaurant to order from. How dumb are these developers.

There’s a store 7km away from me, but the App select the one 80km away.  And there is no option to manually select restaurant. 
Not usable in my case.

They add an arbitrary “processing fee” for the convenience of ordering through their app. That’s a great way to convince me to uninstall your app and never eat here again.

This app is super convenient to order again from history and it took me less then 2 minutes to order my food. Great thing is they do provide a delivery through third party services.

The app does not allow me to skip the second step without picking a sauce. I am vegan and do not want any of the sauce options, but it won’t let me move passed the page without selecting one. Please fix by adding a “no sauce” option.
