Make the slot available for at least membership users which I was. In Abhi bus app prices are less than your app. Hope you work out on that as-well. Bus is clean and well maintained. Seats were comfortable. Air conditioning is very nice, proper temp maintained(didnt feel the need to carry a blanket or some thing like that). And liked the snacks presenting in a bus midelled packet. Time maintenance is also excellent. They spoke to me aggressively, used inappropriate and offensive language, and even scolded me using bad words. Because of this incident, I am extremely unhappy and have decided that this will be my last journey with Fresh Bus. ### 1/5 — Last minute cancelations and creating fake demand for ticket price *2025-10-31* Freshbus always use technique to create fake demand and increases the price. When first time try to book price will be around 480, with some error transaction will cancelled, after that same bus same seat will be 680 or 700. I really don’t understand, till last minute, drive won’t check , bus is in wrong condition or not. My situation is : I was waiting for bus in another 20 mins bus should pickup, but I got WhatsApp msg bus got canceled due to water filled in batteries. In case frshbus should arranged another alternative bus at least two hours before should inform to travellers. Nothing was done, simply cancelled bus and said one sorry. I was struggled to reach my destination that entire night. Seriously freshbus said I will receive 100% .
