Product Coupons are almost always for products not even carried at Fresh Farms so I don’t even bother with them. ### 3/5 — App stopped working *2017-11-22, version 3.0* App stopped working. Extremely frustrating! ### 1/5 — Can’t Create Account *2026-01-21, version 4.7* When I try to create an account in the app it asks for a PIN and to confirm the PIN. Once I enter a PIN, a pop up asks me if I want to create a strong password. When I close it, the PIN I created disappears. When I click for help with the app it takes me to a broken web link. The few available features did not even work. For example, “Deals of the Week” = No Deals. “Departments” did not list any products or inventory, just a few random coupons. Their Seafood Department was not even included on the app, which was disappointing. Their seafood has always been very good and to know basic availability would have been very helpful. Perhaps they just gave up on it. (The only positive was the easy login process). ### 1/5 — Rewards not working *2019-12-26, version 4.3* Rewards feature is not working.
