## What is Fresh Feels?

Fresh Feels is a healthy meal subscription made in Bahrain. Tell us your goal - lose, maintain, or gain - and we build your personal nutrition targets, then cook and deliver meals matched to them, six days a week.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Take the 2-minute quiz - goal, body stats, activity level, diet style and allergies.
2. Get your personal calorie and macro targets.
3. Choose a plan that fits your week - meals per day and days per week, with 1, 3 and 6-month terms.
4. Pick your meals from the weekly menu, or let us choose for you.
5. We cook fresh and deliver to your door, Saturday to Thursday.

MADE FOR YOUR GOAL
Every dish on our menu comes in three versions - lose, maintain and gain - each portioned with its own macros. Two people can order the same meal and each gets the version that matches their goal.

STAY ON TRACK
- Daily macro tracker: log meals as eaten and watch protein, carbs and fat fill up
- Weekly menu with full nutrition details for every dish
- Allergy and diet filters: unsuitable meals are kept away from you automatically
- Skip a day or pause your plan when life happens
- Wallet credits, loyalty points and rewards for staying consistent
- Refer friends, join group plans with family, friends or workmates and save together

DELIVERY
Free delivery across Bahrain, Saturday to Thursday. Track your daily delivery in the app.
