When you open the app and sign in, you have to select your current year. As someone who has lived at the property for 4 years I have 4 tenancies on the app that are labelled identically. Not very intuitive design. The custom amount field you have to clear before you can type. I DO NOT RECOMMEND *2022-10-01, version 14.6.0* I have been trying to get in contact with this company for the past 2 weeks regarding several different issues that they’re refusing to fix and I am still waiting to here back from them. I have tried every contact method possible but still no answer including their “24 hour emergency” contact line that I’ve called so many times regarding so many safety issues but no one ever answers & the staff are never there. They don’t even have a safety feature on the app where you can put in complains.
