I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to after a terrible experience this evening. I used their app to order my food, and my cried card was charged. When I called the resturant an hour later to see what had happened they said they never got my order and that I'll have to wait and see if I will be refunded automatically. If not, I was told I would have to call back and ask for refund! Who does this? How can you treat your customers like that?
