When you answer, you have to close it in the app or it won’t ring for the next call. This feature doesn’t always pop up so it’s deceiving and easy to forget to do. Also, sometimes when someone else picks up the phone (on simultaneously ring) your app won’t stop ringing (if you have it on your web browser the rings stops but not on the phone app).
