When you answer, you have to close it in the app or it won’t ring for the next call. This feature doesn’t always pop up so it’s deceiving and easy to forget to do. Also, sometimes when someone else picks up the phone (on simultaneously ring) your app won’t stop ringing (if you have it on your web browser the rings stops but not on the phone app). You also can’t log your ticket in the app to a existing ticket, only create a new one. ### 2/5 — Vibrating *2021-02-24, version 2.1.0* This app keeps making my phone vibrate without a notification. Completely formatted my iPhone and over a few weeks slowly installed apps one by one to find which one was causing the phantom vibrations. It was Freshcaller. ### 2/5 — Broken *2020-12-11, version 2.0.0* Version 2.0 problems: County code is always messed up. I literally only make calls in the USA but no matter what it wants me to set the country code. I’ve set it more times than I can remember and no luck. GUI problems on iPhone Pro Max I can’t speak for the other phones out there but on my iPhone Pro max, the bottom of the screen is completely messed up. All the icons and buttons are squished down to where they can’t be seen and are on top of one another. So I have the largest iPhone but I can’t read or see the buttons from this graphics or sizing bug. ### 2/5 — Bugs and doesn’t work properly *2020-08-11, version 1.9.0* The concept is good, I love freshdesk a products but this app is full of bugs. I keep getting Notifications , it jumps from 3 to 22 for no reason when it actually should be zero. I can’t access my profile screen either. Just buggy But the calls are working for me which is good ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-08-05, version 1.3.1* Can’t login to the app. I type in the URL, click Next, the wheel spins for a second, then stops, and the Next button reappears. Back where I started. No error message. I keep getting “unable to reach our server” ### 1/5 — Worthless for managers *2024-10-16* You can’t see the actual dashboard or call stats from the app and the dashboard doesn’t load at all in mobile browsers. This is the worst CSM I’ve ever used. ### 1/5 — No iPad support and no ability to turn off queue while personal number online *2023-11-21* The iPad app is not iPad specific, so is a pain to use. Your app forces an update (which is just an update on appearance and nothing important) and now it doesn’t work. Not one call has come through all day today. Rotten! App is completely unusable now ### 1/5 — This last update broke the app *2020-07-02, version 1.5.1* Since the dark mode update was rolled out none of our phones ring on inbound calls. This update was supposed to add support for iOS dark mode, but all it did was break the app. Support solution was to turn off dark mode on the phones affected, which did nothing to fix the problem. Basically this is a useless app a this point, since no inbound calls can be received on the app. Hope they listen and fix it quick. ### 1/5 — Spotty connection with call *2020-06-18, version 1.4.3* I wouldn’t use this service. When you really to record a phone call this app won’t connect. There are moments where it does connect and others when it doesn’t even you use your data plan. That’s another issue, you have to use your data plan instead of WiFi to call, overall I just wouldn’t use this service. ### 1/5 — Used to work now doesn’t .... gotta love upgrades *2019-10-15, version 1.3.1* Wont accept proper URL.
