However, it’s quite difficult to navigate and use all the features because there is no English language option. Adding English support would greatly improve the experience for international users like me. Please consider adding this in a future update. Thank you! ### 4/5 — Excepțională dar prea multe notificări *2025-01-27, version 8.7* Este ușor de utilizat, o mulțime de produse din care să alegi, mereu fresh, întotdeauna primești ce comanzi și customer service de top. Din păcate nu poți ține notificările active să știi ce se întâmplă cu comanda sau dacă este anulată (s-a întâmplat de două ori) pentru ca se trimit foarte multe notificări promoționale. În jur de 8-10 pe zi. Filtre putine ### 4/5 — Good for most but not fruits / vegetables *2024-10-21, version 8.1* Freshful provides a pretty good experience for groceries delivery but the fruits / vegetables they deliver are sometimes not ripe or ready to eat. They also don’t really care about instructions for how to choose the fruits / vegetables so you are better off getting those yourself. ### 2/5 — Livrare comenzi între 21 și 23 *2024-06-06, version 7.0.1* Sunt foarte mulțumită de aplicație dar nu înțeleg de ce este opțiunea de livrare între 21 și 23 pentru ca la ultimele 3 comenzi nu a fost respectată și am fost sunată de fiecare dată la ora 20 ca sunt așteptată în fața porții de către curier. De-obicei oamenii sunt mulțumiți ca ajunge curierul mai repede dar am un motiv pentru care aleg acel interval de livrare. Și nu e ok sa fiu așteptata o ora nici pentru mine nici pentru curier . Very convenient and the fact that offers/discounts are categorized and labeled clearly is a mazzive W. It would be even better if grocery lists could be shared between accounts and if the app offered support for sodexo and other type of meal tickets. I understand that eden red is a partner but you are missing out on A LOT of orders. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Supermakets still preffered *2026-05-16, version 11.4* A lot of products disappear from the app after a while (although they can still be purchased in regular stores). Finding or filtering products is a pain. I usually give up and drive to a supermarket. Prices increase on a daily basis with no obvious reason. The products selection is very limited, another reason to go outside and do your groceries. ### 1/5 — Can't ask for help when they make mistakes *2025-11-12, version 10.6.0* The AI agent is not helpful at all ### 1/5 — Server internal error *2025-09-15, version 10.2* same error for 2 weeks, no one is solving it ### 1/5 — SGR points are a lie!! *2025-03-24, version 9.1.1* They don’t even track which bag you gave them and if you don’t ask, they don’t add the points to your account. I was asked if I knew approximately how many bottles I had in the bag I gave to the delivery driver to help the technical team figure out which one was mine? What kind of joke is this? The app is as fine as any ordering app, but the ‘fresh points’ are A BIG LIE!! Just take your bottles to the collection centers to save yourself some extra RON. ### 1/5 — Worst *2024-11-12, version 8.2.1* Worst experience i’ve ever had with this kind of delivery company. First order i gave they forgot to notify me that the order had encountered an “error” and they had to cancel it. Also it can’t be rescheduled and money will be returned in 72h. I don’t recomand this service to anyone, previous experience with emag is similar. What i recomand is Sezamo app, trully professional people. ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2024-11-11, version 8.2.1* My order has been cancelled , without getting to know the reason, while it was supposed to be within delivery timelines. Could be maybe because they are doing false advertisement and don't want to honor orders that have products that had some discounts. I am saying that because the shopping basked value for the re-order is higher. The lady from contact center told me that if i need it, I can re-order from my customer account, but without telling me the reason why they don't want to deliver the initial order. Worth to say that they did not returned my money immediately as well. Consider ordering from the competition, maybe in this way they will learn how to treat their loyal customers. ### 1/5 — Unreliable and Poor Communication – Avoid! *2024-09-07, version 7.7* I had a terrible experience with this app. They failed to inform me that my order wasn't processed, and I only found out at 11 PM that my delivery wouldn't arrive. Extremely frustrating and unreliable service. Avoid using this app if you're looking for timely and dependable service! ### 1/5 — Comenzi incomplete *2024-06-25, version 7.2* Mergeți tata la Sezamo. Pui comandă măricică și îți vin 2 chestii în intervalul dat, ca peste 8 ore, cronometrat 8 ore bă, să vină din nou și tot cu comandă incompletă🤣🤣🤣 când le am zis de dat produsele primite înapoi și să primesc banii înapoi m au lăsat 2 ore până m au sunat să îmi zică ca nu se poate și să stau cuminte să aștept să vină comanda 🤣🤣🤣nici să merg eu după ele în depozit nu m ah lăsat. am zis să fiu băiat și să mă duc eu dacă îs așa ocupați. ### 1/5 — Deceitful customer service with hidden taxes *2024-04-22, version 6.7* Am ales eronat plata cash la livrare, pentru care se percepe taxa de 7 lei pentru plata ramburs. La suport au zis ca se poate plăti cu cardul la livrare și se rambursează taxa, însă când am cerut rambursarea după livrarea comenzii, cei de la suport au zis ca se percepe taxa indiferent. De asemenea, pe iOS taxa pt plata ramburs nu se afișează la final lângă total și transport, ci în partea de sus a comenzii unde este greu de văzut. ### 1/5 — Command was not delivered *2023-12-15, version 6.0* Order not deliverd, no info, no call …nothing…trying for 20 minutes to reach support- no luck.
