I threw up and was left completely disgusted and furious. This is not just a mistake — this is a serious health hazard. I contacted customer support immediately and got zero response. No apology. No urgency. This is flat-out dangerous and completely unacceptable from a paid service. I’m canceling my subscription and warning everyone I know. I’ll also be reporting this incident to the Department of Health.
