Jamais de problème. ( pourvu que ça dure) ### 3/5 — Recharge au temps passé = on se fait avoir *2025-12-18, version 4.17.3* Je note que 3 étoiles à l’application car je ne saisis toujours pas l’intérêt d’avoir un mini de 15€ sur son compte Freshmile pour se recharger. Si l’on peut enregistrer sa carte bancaire dans l’application, pourquoi celle-ci ne serait pas liée à son compte pour qu’elle se débitée directement après une session de recharge ? Si aujourd’hui je ne souhaite plus conserver mon VE, comment je fais pour récupérer mon solde restant sur mon compte? Le système semble vouloir bloquer un minimum de 15€ sur l’ensemble de la communauté et ainsi ça leur fait un bon petit pactole. C’est un peu l’arnaque ça. ### 5/5 — Bien mais…. *2025-12-05, version 4.17.3* Mon véhicule ne reste pas dans l’application. Obligé de le rentrer à nouveau lors de la planification d’un itinéraire. ### 3/5 — Décevant *2025-08-16, version 4.17.3* Très déçu de ce que c’est devenu. Il y 5 ans c’était un incontournable, aujourd’hui non seulement les prix ont explosé, mais en plus la carte ne fonctionne plus la plupart du temps (et évidemment ça ne vient de personne, surtout pas eux). ### 1/5 — AVOID! Cumbersome and terrible service *2025-08-14* Occasionally this app works, but more often than not it doesn’t! If you get stuck while charging in france, good luck as you will need it! Appalling customer service - no one speaks English (or more likely chooses not to). Will probably cut you off. The email support is better, but that is no use if you need to disconnect and get on your way. I have been unable to stop a charge on a few occasions and it’s a complete nightmare. The card works okay, but the app is a joke. Just avoid it at all costs. ### 1/5 — Toujours Hors service *2025-08-13* Toujours hors service a Saint Martin de Belleville. Je pense depuis quelques mois. C’est tres mal. ### 5/5 — Unkompliziert und perfekte Benutzererfahrung *2025-07-29* Super App - macht was es soll und laden in Frankreich kostet nur die Hälfte im Vergleich zur in DE hochgelobten EnBW. Obwohl einige Ladepunkte mit EnBW gehen sollten, das aber falsch bei EnBW ist. ### 4/5 — Great App *2025-07-27* I found this is by far the easiest charging app to use. You use a qr code to open the right charger in the app, although that makes me slightly nervous as I am aware of QR code scams on parking meters etc. As an alternative you can use the charger’s code in the app. I had a few glitches at the charging point which I think were due to weak signal. It only works in France, with a few in Belgium. ### 1/5 — Difficult to use *2025-07-20* Have now tried to use twice in France. It seems very difficult to have enough internet connection for phone and charger to ‘speak’ to one another. On first occasion our charger was locked into machine as the system had not registered my phone.
