FreshPantry is the food inventory you stock by talking. Say "milk, two, fridge, expires Friday" and it's in — voice entry is free and unlimited.

ON-DEVICE AI, WHEN YOUR DEVICE SUPPORTS IT
On Apple Intelligence-capable devices, FreshPantry's on-device AI understands fuller speech — brands, units, and absolute dates like "expires September 15" — in any language, including Chinese, Japanese and Korean. It distills packaging photos into name and brand suggestions instead of raw text lines, and estimates shelf life for the specific item, not just its category. Everything runs on your device, nothing is auto-saved, and you always confirm. On other devices, the same flows fall back to fast rule-based parsing.

HONEST EXPIRY ENGINE
No fake magic. Dates printed on the package are used as-is. For loose produce and unlabeled items, FreshPantry estimates shelf life by category and clearly marks it with an "estimate" badge and a confidence level. You always know which dates are printed facts and which are estimates — and you can correct any of them in one tap.

NEVER WASTE FOOD AGAIN
The Expiring view groups what's already expired and what's due within 7 days, with one-swipe "consumed" actions. Local reminders arrive 7 days before and on the day itself. A home screen widget keeps expiring food in sight.
