## What is FreshRent Inventories?

Easily create a range of professional property inspection reports on the go: Inspections, Safety Checklists, Fire Alarm Testing Reports, Mid Term Inspections and Checkout reports.

FreshRent Inventories has been designed by former UK lettings agents. Providing an easy, quick and reliable way of reporting residential property condition and maintenance required.

The app allows users to easily take and upload 1,000's of photos of each room with speed and ease. With a redesigned camera module, users can take 100's of photos per minute allowing for more detailed reports for each property.

Send PDF reports with your organisations logo directly from the app to Landlords or team members. 

Invite up to 10 colleagues to join your organisation collaborate and store property data for faster inspections in the future. 

Record testing of fire alarms, Carbon Monoxide alarms and other safety checks. 

Records meter readings for water, gas, electricity or create a custom utility ready for future use!
