However, as of writing, there is no option to make the coupon work/proceed. Maybe I have to wait until August but other offers do have selectable options. ### 2/5 — Let me order pizza ASAP please *2025-10-12* Why does the app force a scheduled pickup time minimum 30 mins out when I want it submitted right away? Useless “feature”. It didn’t even give me an ETA or anything. Also the app itself is very clunky, slow and non user friendly. Confusing interface *2024-04-13, version 1.6.3* I bought a slice on an app promo and paid. Looked at my order and saw it automatically added a tip without asking me or my permission!!! SCAM I should report this to my credit card as I didn’t authorize the extra amount. I can’t even save the correct address anymore. ### 1/5 — Bring back the regular dough! *2026-08-07* It’s disappointing that Freshslice now seems to be cutting corners by making the pizzas with thin crust instead of the regular dough. This happens whether ordering in person or online. I even specifically asked an employee to make my pizza with regular dough instead of thin crust, and they said yes. However, when I received the pizza, it was still made with thin crust. If customers are asking for regular dough, the order should actually be made that way. Please bring back the regular dough option and make sure employees follow customers’ requests. ### 1/5 — Horribly made app *2026-06-22* Doesn’t even let you see your active orders or if you successfully made an order, horrible design ### 1/5 — Where is order history *2026-05-24* The app is so poorly designed, order history being hidden behind selecting a store then seeing recent ordered. Even their support do not answer when contacting them ### 1/5 — Pickup Time Incorrectly Set to Two Days Later *2026-03-25* When placing an order shortly before midnight (for example, March 24 at 11:57 PM), the system automatically sets the pickup time to 12:00 AM two days later (March 26), instead of the expected next day (March 25 at 12:00 AM). ### 1/5 — RATS IN KITCHEN AT ALL LOCATIONS *2025-09-11, version 1.7.1* HI EVERYONE DONT EAT OR SUPPORT FRESHSLICE THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE THEY SCAM THERE FRANCHISEES THEY SCAM THERE OWN EMPLOYEES. THE CEO TRIED TO ABDUCT A CHILD OF A WORKER WHO TRIED TO SPILL THE BEANS OF THERE CORRUPTION AND GREED THERE FOOD IS NOT SAFE TO EAT THEY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS TO THERE FRANCHISEES WHICH THEN THEY SELL TO THE PUBLIC. GOOGLE THERE LAWSUITS AND SOME INTERESTING STUFF WILL COME UP. OH AND THEY HAVE RATS RUNNING AROUND WHERE THEY MAKE THERE DOUGH. JUST DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.
