Instead, I enter my login credentials (which work on the desktop platform) and I get a message that says "loading" that never goes away. This would be a good app if only I could log into it. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, the app doesn’t give you the option to log in using Facebook. App is useless until that’s fixed **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. This has been fixed in the latest version. Make it make sense ### 1/5 — Worst ticket app ever *2022-07-08* On a brand new iPhone13 Super buggy. Can’t scroll- instead I have to zoom in and out. There’s a “release tickets” button that doesn’t do anything but make you backtrack. No auto population of bank or personal info Dumb. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2020-03-01* 2 out of 5 workers could not use the app on the phone. Scanning issues that would scan but not confirm ticket status. Then can’t log in. It just has a spinning circle after user name and password entered. Same issue as all the other reviews. Don’t reply to me and tell me to email you the issues I had like you did to other reviews. I just told you the issues I had. Great idea. I recommend you reset your password. Please remember, this app is only for event organizers to check their ticket sales and revenue as well as check in attendees at their festival, venue or event. It isn't for ticket buyers to manage their tickets. Please check your login information carefully and email greenlight@freshtix.com if you need additional support. ### 1/5 — Does this app even work? *2019-05-15* After buying tickets I downloaded the app to use instead of printing tickets. It is worthless, all I get while trying to log in is a loading screen. **Developer response:** Hi Mark, thanks for the feedback. Instead of printing your tickets, you just need to show the mobile barcodes that are emailed to you. There's no need to print anything or download 'another' app! Our app is only for event Organizers to manage their events and scan tickets.
