I’ve ordered all my fish and meat from FTH in the last several years. The products are generally vacuum packed and can be stored in the freezer straightaway or even washed if you want to sanitize it. However, sometimes, the packaging is puffed up. At other times, I have to spend an hour removing scales! The support team assures me time after time that it’ll not happen again but it does. So, contrary to an advertisement campaign they ran years ago about their fish/meat so clean that you can snip the pack open and add the product to your pan, you cannot. Also, applying their coupons is a pain. Coupons that are listed and seem to be relevant to your order cannot be applied. Anyway, I continue to buy from them for now. The fish especially is generally fresh.

I am a regular customer of Fresh to Home and always have received good quality items. But major concern is in last few months twice wrong items delivered. Few months back I ordered Chicken but delivered mutton with some other ordered items and my mistake was that I have not checked it and placed the whole package in Freeze as I was going out of town and after 4 days when I saw the mistake immediately informed to Customer Care but no solution given instead of apology. 
Again today I ordered multiple items and one of the item (12 Eggs) is missing and even after reported the same to customer care till now no call back received from delivery team or no cash back provided.

Yesterday itself, I was ordered fish and vegetable fish was delivered on time which is today, but vegetable is not yet delivered, but in app status, it is showing it’s delivered successfully when I was trying to call to customer care, they are saying within one hour. It’s getting resolved. But still now I have not received any update from their side as well as they are not providing refund also when I called multiple times and ask them, please make sure it is going to deliver or else please provide me the but they are saying we will looking into it last 2-3 hours.
Show as a user, I would suggest upcoming futures user and as well as new user trust this app anymore and don’t place any order, which is you going to lose your money thank you

When you place an order the time for delivery vary drastically. I ordered some items in the morning, it showed 90 minutes at first dropped to 81 minutes and stayed like that for 1.5 hours and then it showed a delivery guy picked up order and time went to 40 minutes for 40 minutes and then suddenly the delivery guy changed and time reset. And worst part is there is no customer support. When I click on contact section it open the order list and that’s it, no way to make a complaint or get any support.

I have been living in India for five years now. I enjoy the fresh home meat products. However, your credit card system is very poor, and every time I get a different response from the payment method. I can use my international credit card with every other companyexcept fresh to home. Please fix this problem and maybe I will return and continue to use your products.

### 1/5 — Good Fish, But Worst Customer Service Experience

Fresh to Home does provide fresh fish at affordable rates, and that part is good. But their customer service is absolutely terrible. There is zero coordination—one representative says one thing, another says something completely different, and in the end the customer suffers both product and money loss.
I was wrongly charged for items I never purchased, and because of their mistake in delivering the wrong items, I had to request replacements. Despite it being their fault, they are now charging me for those replacements. I had clearly stated that if they could deliver on the same day, I would be able to return the wrongly delivered items. But if delivery was the next day, I could not hold perishable goods without a refrigerator, as they would go bad. Their own representative told me, “If you are able to hold it, keep it; otherwise dispose it off.” Yet now, they are asking why I didn’t return the product and charging me for it.
This is completely unfair and unprofessional. So please be very careful when placing orders or receiving wrong items. Fresh To Home, listen carefully—you are losing customers. I, for one, will not be ordering again, and I’ll be telling my friends and family not to use your service either.
