This app does not work.  Location does not work, can not input an address without an error msg that says unable to find location. I’d give it a -8 stars if i could...

Finally an app for Fresno County but you cannot put in an address or move the map to the issue location without an error message that says outside agency. Please fix. The only map available is downtown Fresno M street area.
