## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No information, Banjo incorrect

*2017-10-12, version 2.2*

Would it kill you to list the instruments and all of the tunings somewhere in the description?
Also, the banjo fretboard is incorrect. The high fifth string doesn’t begin at the nut.
The support email on their website bounces back undelivered.
DO NOT BUY!

**Developer response:** Hi ZC111,
Sorry you were not happy with the APP. We will be addressing the banjo bottom string going to the nut in a future release.

The current engine we built did not take into account partial string lengths, but we felt adding the banjo option would add more value than not including the instrument.

### 2/5 — Seriously dude??? No Sound!?!?

*2015-02-12, version 2.0*

Lame.... It's 2015 at the time of this review. This app needs sound...

**Developer response:** Hi Mattintune,
No, no sound. This is a reference tool not an instrument. When I ready your sound comment I was not sure what you were looking for. So in honor of your request I added books on button presses. This will never be an instrument, it should be used along side of one.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-04-24, version 2.2*

In a nice layout it provides complete picture of the fretboard, in my case banjo. I have several books on scales, chords but this APP ties it all to fretboard. Well worth having - good reference and look up AP.

**Developer response:** Thank you Bo-Kral for the kind words! I decided to write the APP for that exact reason. I had tons of charts and book but nothing connected them immediately. At that point in time I was working on chord melodies and finger style guitar, I wanted something I could quickly reference scales and chords as I worked out the movements.

### 5/5 — Surprisingly Awesome

*2015-02-17, version 2.0*

As Song Writer, musician and aspiring producer this is fantastic app. Its great for practice giving me a reference for chords and scales on both the ukulele and guitar.

**Developer response:** Thank you Steve! That was another motive behind the APP. I struggled a bit jumping between different tunings. Being able to see the differences made it so I could just jump from one tuning to the next easily.

### 5/5 — Finally!

*2014-10-17, version 1.0*

Chord illustrations in chord apps are typically limited to six-string guitar chord tones that one can capture with four fingers - six notes max. This app not only reveals chord tones over the entire fretboard- it also includes a four-string bass mode making it extremely useful to the student of the "walking" base line. Chord and scale selection is quick and easy (not the miserable rolling wheel). This is a wonderful app! If a note name/modal number toggle (All I see are black and red dots) and the notes on the nut were added to the mix, I'd give this app eight stars! Thanks for a great app!

**Developer response:** Thank you BuffaloShrimp!
