Almost like they don’t want you to because the reflected balance is also never accurate. Ive had a significant balance month over month and it’s not reflected in my available balance. Also takes SEVEN TO TEN days for a pending transaction to drop off meaning they’ll hold your money until then. And charge every penny of your available balance but also deny the transaction. The next day I was told 1-3 business days, and now yesterday I was told up to 7!!! I have asked each time to have this escalated and to have a supervisor contact me back which as of yet is still to happen! This is definitely not the first issue with them either! Doesn’t matter how many times you close and reopen the app. So you literally have to wait until your next statement comes out and hope for the best that all the charges are correct. **Developer response:** Hey there. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Don’t use they’re Scamming *2024-05-30* These guys here have a little scam going on let me explain. If you use this card at a restaurant or gas star they will charge you extra. Example I ordered food at a restaurant the bill was 15 dollars I have 25 dollars in my account I swipe it charge me 25 and said I owe 5 more dollars, I asked the worker I thought you said it was 15? He said yes it is but it says you paid 10 dollars. I check the app and they charge the 25 and still had to pay the 5 dollars extra I paid a double for what I’m supposed to pay and all they say you have to wait a week for you to get the money back. my problem is that they do it with every transaction they owe me about 50 dollars. Like what do you mean access denied!!!! I need my money off of there and my paycheck Friday. I called and she emailed me wanting a picture of the response, then no email back to let me know what’s going on nothing… after reading more review it seems like this is common problem so why would they act clueless…I’m so upset my sons birthday party is this weekend. I called customer service who advised that they don’t know what the issue is and will have to escalate it. So I don’t know if or when I will be contacted back to get this issue resolved. Definitely going to terminate my usage of this card and get my earnings sent to a real bank that I can walk into if and when problems should arise.
