I cannot tell you how much of a nightmare it’s been working with this app. Their customer service is a complete joke, they don’t send you anything but spam notifications, and there is no subscription renewal reminder. They keep hitting me with “we know this isn’t the answer you wanted” instead of just fixing the issue. This company just wants your money and once they have you, good luck trying to actually cancel. The hoops and garbage they keep putting me through instead of just canceling my subscription is wild. Use another company! This place is a complete scam and trap! ### 1/5 — Incompetent company *2026-08-04* Stay away from this company, their app, chat, and employees are completely incompetent. Absolutely none of their employees are consistent on their policies. Their app will not allow you to complete what is needed for them to fill your medication. Then they will just continue to bill you and will not make any exceptions due to things outside of your control. I even have it in writing that they will refund and fulfill their obligations in chat, in their app, and they are just saying that was a mistake by a rep and refuse to do so. Absolute joke of a MEME company. Will be reporting to California. ### 1/5 — Didn’t work for me *2026-03-03, version 1.2.0* Had a terrible experience and then got ripped off because I couldn’t handle the side effects and had to end my 3 month subscription. Start with one month first learn from my mistake. They call me every hour even after I aired them to stop. It’s crazy!! ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2025-11-10* The app is very buggy. Crashes often. Sometimes you can send messages to contact support and other times you have to use the website via computer. Due to system errors it will not let me schedule a consultation for a refill request of my meds which are due. When I call the customer support number it doesn’t let me speak with anyone and just hangs up. I can’t even cancel my membership because no one will answer me back. It’s ridiculous the amount of issues I’m having with this company. Not happy right now. ### 2/5 — Customer Service is Disappointing *2026-08-01* I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I submitted my refill request after receiving the notification to do so, and I had already paid in advance for my final refill. Despite responding promptly and confirming that I still wanted my medication before my subscription expired, my request was never processed and my plan was cancelled. When I contacted customer service, I was given excuses instead of solutions, and the supervisor repeatedly told me nothing could be done. What makes this even more frustrating is that after my subscription was later extended, the exact same refill request was processed immediately, and I received my medication within just a few days. That showed me the issue could have been resolved all along. As a customer, I expected better communication, timely processing, and accountability. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and forced to fight for medication I had already paid for. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the company, and I hope they improve their customer service and how they handle prepaid orders so no one else has to go through this. ### 2/5 — Issues with logging in *2026-02-16, version 1.1.0* Can’t log in on app or website ### 3/5 — Disappointed *2026-07-26* Unfortunately, my experience with Fridays was very disappointing. The refill policy was not communicated clearly, and as a result, I paid for a billing cycle but did not receive the medication I expected. Despite acknowledging that this was an honest misunderstanding, the company chose not to provide any accommodation or goodwill solution. Patients should make sure they fully understand the refill process and deadlines before signing up.
