## What is Fridgy?

Your fridge has a story. Snap it, score it, cook tonight.

Fridgy turns a photo of your fridge into a witty AI health score, a personalized meal plan you can actually cook, and a smart shopping list that fills in only what's missing. Built for people who want to eat better without overthinking it.

SNAP & SCORE
Take a photo of your open fridge. Our AI rates it 1–10 across protein, vegetables, processed food, and balance — with funny, specific commentary that actually references what's inside. Share your score to TikTok, Instagram, or wherever your friends will laugh at it.

TONIGHT'S MEALS
Meal ideas you can cook tonight using what you already have — no grocery trip required. Each recipe shows cook time, nutrition per serving, and step-by-step instructions.

THIS WEEK'S PLAN
Seven dinners planned around your taste, with a shopping list grouped by aisle (Produce, Meat & Fish, Dairy & Eggs, Pantry). Swap any meal, repeat last week's plan in one tap, or share the list via Messages or WhatsApp.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Score history, cooking history, and a clean trend chart of how your fridge improves over time. The more you cook, the smarter the suggestions get.

DIET-AWARE FROM DAY ONE
Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, keto, and paleo supported. Pick your cuisine preferences (Italian, Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Indian, Middle Eastern, American, or Mix It Up) and Fridgy filters every recipe to match.

WHY IT WORKS
We don't push generic meal plans or guilt you about your food. The AI commentary is specific to YOUR fridge — what's in there, what's missing, what one swap would help most. Recipes come from a real recipe database, filtered to what you already own.

PRIVACY FIRST
Fridge photos are processed by our AI and not stored long-term. We don't sell your data. An account is optional - try the full app for two weeks without giving us a name or email.

FREE 2-WEEK TRIAL
Full access, no card required. When your trial ends, fridge scanning, Tonight's Meals, and weekly meal planning continue with Fridgy Pro at $2.99/month. Your scan and cooking history stay visible either way.

Fridgy Pro auto-renews monthly until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period; payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Fridgy's fridge scores and nutrition figures are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not medical advice. Sources are cited in the app. Consult a healthcare professional before making dietary decisions.
