Like the app use it all the time what I don’t like is that there is no way to redeem loyalty points without going inside to the register

Friedrichs is by far one of the best players in the game when it comes to coffee. The selection of coffee roasts and menu items are well curated. The loyal staff are always the best!

I order on line to pick up a beverage on a weekend regularly at the Drake Neighborhood Store.  My order is always ready, waiting for pickup upon arrival.  Great working and friendly staff, great quality products.  The location always goes above and beyond.  Highly recommend!

The atmosphere on the 86th Street is so comfy- and the coffee is fabulous.  If you enjoy sitting by the fire or on the outdoor patio this is a great place to do it.  The staff are friendly too!

I have tried to use the app many times, scanned the loyalty card several times, but it has never worked. The app developers should be embarrassed and give Friedrich’s their money back. Total disappointment!
