A little friendly competition. A reason to keep going. Friend Flex turns getting fitter into a challenge you share with friends. Pick what to measure, invite your group, and follow everyone's progress on one leaderboard. COMPETE ON GETTING BETTER Your starting point is your own. Category standings compare percentage improvement, so the contest is about making progress rather than simply having the fastest run or the most push-ups. Each category has a winner, with an overall leaderboard for the group. YOUR FRIENDS. YOUR CHALLENGE. Choose a challenge length from 7 to 365 days. Pick a few categories or build a bigger competition. Share the invite code, set your house rules, and decide how each category contributes to the overall score. 20 CATEGORIES, PLUS YOUR OWN • Cardio: mile, 5K, 12-minute run, 20-minute ride, and 2K row • Strength: push-ups, pull-ups, burpees, bench press, and squat • Holds: plank, wall sit, and dead hang • Power and flexibility: broad jump and sit and reach • Body measurements: weight, waist, body fat, resting heart rate, and cardio fitness (VO₂ max) • Custom categories: anything you can count, time, or measure You choose what belongs in your challenge. Bench press and squat use the lift relative to body weight. Body measurements are averaged over several readings, with settings your group can choose. KEEP THE GROUP CHAT MOVING Use the Friend Flex iMessage app to log a result, share a leaderboard card, or send an invite right in your conversation. The encouragement and friendly rivalry can stay where your friends already talk. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Follow category standings, progress charts, and each participant's logged results. Keep your own log organized with editing and deletion. Use pounds or kilograms, miles or kilometers. APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU WANT IT Connect Apple Health for suggestions when there is a new body measurement or a qualifying run or ride that beats your best. Choose whether to log each suggestion. Nothing from Apple Health is automatically posted to your challenge, and the app never writes to Health. Your additional personal Health summary stays on your iPhone. SIMPLE TO JOIN. FREE TO USE. No separate app account, subscription, or ads. An iCloud account is required to share challenge results. Apple Watch and Apple Health are optional. Friend Flex was previously called Fun 100. Existing challenges and results stay with you. ## Is Friend Flex safe? Not enough ratings yet to assess Friend Flex. ## Is Friend Flex legit? Friend Flex appears legitimate, with a few gaps.
