In one month they solve login problem and now unable to add money with cards. Unfortunately, the amount was deducted from my bank account but was not credited to my Friendi Pay account. When I contacted your customer care team, I was informed that the payment was not received from the bank. This explanation is unsatisfactory and raises concerns about the reliability of your app. I kindly request you to resolve this issue immediately and ensure that the deducted amount is credited to my account or refunded to my bank account. I did one transaction on 2nd June, the amount was debited and I did not get it in my friends pay wallet, the application gets automatically closed all the time. Then I did 2nd transaction once again same problem the money was debited and the app closed. I got my money on 6th of June and now when I want a refund, I am clicking on the transaction that I did….the app is getting closed automatically. Worst of all, people cannot contact the customer care.
