App is useless to me *2026-08-18* I had an account with the former app, which never seemed to work correctly. I downloaded the new app, and it seemed to work fine.. The next time I try to use it, I was told my password was incorrect. I used the “reset password” link, and got a pop-up saying your email would be sent and to check my spam folder. Never got that email. I’ve tried multiple times over a few months.. So, the last time I went to Friendly’s, I signed up with a different email and new password. Again, used the app once. When I went to check if points have been credited, I received a message, “incorrect password.” Tried the “reset password” link to the new email address. Again, never received the mail. There is no way or link to contact anyone for help. There is a help link at the bottom of the App Store’s site, but that gives me options on how to recover my password from lunchbox. Is there any way to get help with this?
