It wasn’t until I changed location to a friendly restaurant that is slightly further away than my original choice did the order go through. If there is a problem with placing online orders at a certain location or if they are no longer taking online orders at a certain location it should say that not continue to say I have to put in my credit card information. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Interface *2025-06-24, version 25.3.3* Don’t know why they updated the UI for their app. It was very user friendly before. I was able to quickly checkout as a guest and select pay at restaurant. Now im made to give my personal information to them because I’m forced to create an account to order on the app. What used to only take ordering for 5 only 5 min now just took longer than to just drive there in person and order there. ### 4/5 — Value *2025-06-21, version 25.3.3* So first let me say that this restaurant, for some unknown reason, has been, is, and will most likely be in my top 5 fave places to eat. Price, quality, and portions have all taken a turn in wrong direction. I still love the food, friendly(pun intended) faces, and understand our economy is in flux thanks to our crooked government filled with egotistical, self serving, dirtbags that if their true person was shown instead of the facade we actually see, none of our citizens would not feel comfortable leaving any of them to look after their children. So I am sticking with the Supermelts until I cannot afford to eat. App is useless to me *2026-08-18, version 26.0.8* I had an account with the former app, which never seemed to work correctly. I downloaded the new app, and it seemed to work fine.. The next time I try to use it, I was told my password was incorrect. I used the “reset password” link, and got a pop-up saying your email would be sent and to check my spam folder. Never got that email. I’ve tried multiple times over a few months.. So, the last time I went to Friendly’s, I signed up with a different email and new password. Again, used the app once. When I went to check if points have been credited, I received a message, “incorrect password.” Tried the “reset password” link to the new email address. Again, never received the mail. There is no way or link to contact anyone for help. There is a help link at the bottom of the App Store’s site, but that gives me options on how to recover my password from lunchbox. Is there any way to get help with this?
