So, this app has been the answer to my lazy, thrifty little way of life. Being able to search products and deals FROM THE CRIB? I’ll take that. Getting rewards for purchase I already planned on buying. Gimme that too. The ability to place orders for pickup OR delivery? Hurry up and take my money! Seriously, this is the only way I want to buy my ouid from now on. The fact that the app works for all of their shops in Cali is just the cherry on top. If you smoke-a the plant and like saving some coin, you need to download this app and become friend of the farm like neow. Then it started to to get a error message when trying to shop. I love it a state where it’s legal. Also can it change or update you info so if you change you phone or address they don’t let you change them. Before they coupons and point where great know they are no good or even worth using points or time on. And the point system I don’t even know how it works know because I would get a few point for each purchase know it’s not even worth it nothing good to redeem them for. Also it says I have over 1000+ points but are not on the app so don’t even where those point are. Just use the dispensary website faster and no glitches. Difficult to navigate ordering from your closest dispensary and there is no order status option. I have NO IDEA if they got my order or how to check it’s status. Seems way more simple to just buy in person or order off Iheartjane. Hopefully this app will improve and refine the process. Great idea, just haven’t worked all the kinks out. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2025-12-29, version 6.0.2* I had to use two separate devices just to verify my email. Every time I had to leave the site to check the verification code in email, it logged me out and needed a new code each time!! ### 1/5 — No way to link points to old account *2025-12-12* My old account on this app was through my phone number. The new one requires an email address. I checked with my local Farmacy to make sure they have my correct email but when I sign up for an account there is no way to link my previous purchases to this new account. ALSO NO TECH SUPPORT. It gets stuck at the screen which indicates if marijuans is sold nearby. I live in California and it is legal. The old version was great. It freezes constantly and always signs you out. None of the buttons seem to work or the filters. The layout is all clustered and hard to navigate through. So much for an easy straightforward app and online orders….
