Friendster is back. For me this is a long cook app. I have zero friends in it and haven’t even invited my wife to sign up just yet. But I’ll keep it installed and build it up slowly - just like in the old days. Back then social media was simple and Friendster served it perfectly. It didn’t try to be anything more than a plain social media until that time it overhauled itself to become a site focused on games. With the boom of Facebook, Friendster’s quick decline came which eventually lead to its demise. I’ve lost a lot of valuable photos as a result. But now it’s here and I am just so glad that it is.
