After renting, bad luck as you deal with their operations team. Horrible experience, they don’t respond for hours or day, until I poke the customer service and complain. The worst is that they allow the car owners to submit claims for a week after returning the car, even if baseless. محضر التسليم ملوش قيمة Pictures of the cars on the website are very misleading. I highly recommend this service to everyone, it is worth it ### 1/5 — Poor Services *2023-07-22, version 3.23* Few years back the company was so promising and it was a hope to fix up all car rent issues in Egypt however services kept dropping year after year and no contact and customer service is very poor , I tried to make lot of request to rent however non of sales bother to answer me or follow up and every time u talk to some one he says I’m no the sales guy for u try with X & S … etc .. The amount has been deducted, and the owner of the car refuses to answer the phone. It’s been 2 days and the booking is not canceled yet. The same car is listed again with much higher rate while they did not cancel my booking! They are even not responding to me! They mentioned it can take up to 30 days for the money to return… Complete jerks ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2024-02-06, version 3.23* Very poor customer service support. I ve cancelled my booking and I was entitled for a refund. I have been chasing that for over three months to no avail! ### 1/5 — WORST Service Possible (AVOID) *2023-12-02, version 3.23* I rented a car using their service for 20 days, and I regretted my decision every single day. 1. They charge from a foreign account, and therefore the bank charges you an extra 10% on top of your booking cost. (My cost was 16.5k EGP and ended up getting charged almost 18.15k) 2. The car I rented was not well maintained at all and had an issue with steering as well as the gearbox (it was an automatic car but had lagging gear shifts). 3. Sales team was good and helpful BUT once you book, no body cares about you. They have only one girl doing all operations work/communication, and she is the worst worker ever, she responds back multiple days late, not even exaggerating. 4. If you get into an accident, no matter how small/minor it is, they’re going to charge you the entire deposit. (In my case they charged me the entire 5k deposit while I should’ve been only charged 1,500 EGP) ### 1/5 — Very bad services *2023-11-05, version 3.23* The worst company they deduct the money and don’t care to clients if there is any problem and take about 2 months to return deposit and high value deductions for repair any damaged items more than agent ### 1/5 — The worst system you can deal with *2023-10-25, version 3.23* I didn’t receive my refund for a cancellation made since 3 months and the customer service is the worst you can meet. Nothing to do rather than one word ( I’ll check and come back), then they disappear. The worst experience that i’ll not do it z as gain.
