My AC is on and the app is not picking it up. I turn on, leave the app and when I return, it says my AC is off when it is very much on. Pls fix ### 3/5 — Ehhh *2026-08-05, version 4.27* App is not responding. Will not update indoor temp. The units it’s self is great but the app has given us so many issues. Have to physically change settings on the unit because it will not respond. I have to then delete and redownload and go through the entire setup again and again. This latest time, even after going through the entire setup and having the app tell me the appliance is connected, the app then tells me “something went wrong” and gives me the refresh button. Clicking refresh does nothing, it just goes right back to “something went wrong.” What’s the point of having the app if it is constantly malfunctioning?!? ### 2/5 — App does work since update *2026-08-05, version 4.27* My app doesn’t work anymore since the new update I’ve uninstalled and then reinstalled and still nothing all it does is load and then tells me to refresh my internet connection is perfect there’s nothing wrong with it the app just stopped after the last update. Every other update kills this app. About once or twice a month you will get an update and every time you launch the app it will say “something went wrong”. The inconsistency of the app functionality is not worth the hassle. However, at least for my dehumidifier, it is lacking two essential features that that vast majority of users would want to know. One it doesn’t seem to tell you when it is actually running or not. And two, most importantly, it doesn’t notify me when the dehumidifier water bucket is full. You consistently disconnect and takes 8 to 10 tries to reconnect to the network. Take my advice, buy another brand. Midea reconnects to my Wi-Fi every year. However the last step to register never passes. I always get a “contact frigidaire to chat.” Without this step I can’t completely pair and connect to use. I called Frigidaire and they said it’s an issue on their end. Every…single..time. ### 4/5 — Connection *2026-08-03, version 4.27* I had a bit of trouble connecting it, but then i got the hang of it 😭 it didnt want to appear on the wifi section and when i had finished everything, it later showed nothing so i had to do the whole process again but eh, not bad kid not bad ### 1/5 — Updated suck *2026-07-31, version 4.26* The last update i downloaded has done something to the a/c unit. I turn the temp as far down as it can go and the cooling just is not as good as it was before. The temperature outdoors in my area is actually cooler than it was before that update so it doesn’t make sense that it doesn’t cool my main living area as well as it did ( 11,000 btu unit for a 600 sq foot area) the a/c is only 2 years old and is used 4-6 hours a day from early July to mid September. There’s no way it should be less effective in such a short period and low usage. I’m glad I kept my 40 year old 10,000 btu a/c that this one replaced. I went into the app and turned it off. When back into the app and the same unit was on. This went on about 30 times tonight. What is up with this app? I had to delete it in order to prevent my ac from going on by itself! Haven’t had any issues in 4 years with this unit turning on by itself. Update: This was resolved 100 percent by the developer within a few days, no additional follow ups needed, and I am VERY THANKFUL + GRATEFUL!
