Now requesting for an OTP and not getting delivered. ### 3/5 — Display an error when try to log in *2024-03-18, version 3.05.25* I have tried to log in Frimi New version from UAE. System display an error as “ Connection failed due to internet connection”. Previous version has worked and there is no connection issues when try to log into other apps. However, the recent update occasionally causes the device to overheat. If you going to start an account, make sure to check their policy page at least a week. The fun fact is it is charging for the atm withdrawala also. Total shame. I request reverse that transaction in 1 min & send email to frimi to cancel that transaction with detail. I waited 5 days. I ask about that case using live chat in frimi app. They say it proccesing. But until now no single reply about that case. Im so much dissapointed about frimi. “DON’T TRUST NATION TRUST (frimi) again”. I cancel my frimi app. I switch to my BOC bank B APP. It is look not attractive but it has very good system for online transaction. Better than Frimi. I used 3 year B APP never did a single mistake it. Frimi is garbage.😡😡😡 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very Poor Service and Unprofessional Handling *2025-10-29, version 3.05.32* I submitted all my personal and foreign documents as requested, but later they said they can’t open my account due to CBSL guidelines. If foreign residents are not allowed, they should clearly mention it first instead of wasting people’s time and collecting personal information. Their customer handling is the worst no replies to emails, and they still use outdated WhatsApp numbers or methods for communication. Totally unprofessional and misleading. I don’t recommend anyone to use this app until they improve their process and customer service. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Support team ever !!!! This app truly shines in ignoring common sense, thanks to their genius-level policies for reactivating dormant accounts. I mean, who needs a smooth, user-friendly banking experience when you can go in circles with support agents who sound like they were programmed in 2003? Want to feel like you’re talking to a wall? Need an account but enjoy the thrill of endless procedures? This app’s got you covered. Asks for an otp which takes more than a minute (app otp timeout) to receive. Nothing can be done to login now. Traveled four years after in 2023 and the app still crashes on registration.
