총 두번의 CS 도움 요청 중 단 한번도 해결된 적이 없음. 플랫폼 사용 목적은 한번에 여러 상품 조회/비교 및 간편 결제/환불인데 후자가 잘 안되는 듯. 이게 CS로도 해결이 안되니 지금은 이용하나 차츰 셀러 개별 사이트에서 구매로 병행하는 중.

- 문의이력1. 상품명 및 사진에 특정 꽃을 보러 간다고 광고한 상품 개화시기가 안맞음에도 3-4일 전 환불불가
- 문의이력2. 상품옵션으로 날짜를 지정하여 구매한 상품 4일전에도 환불불가

요가랑 티 클래스 참여했는데 일상에 색다른 즐거움을 더해줬어요. 요가 클래스는 호스트 덕분에 제대로 몸과 마음을 리셋할 수 있었고, 티 클래스는 다양한 차에 대한 심오한 지식을 쉽고 재미있게 알려줘서 빠져들 수밖에 없었어요. 앱 UX도 너무 편리해서 금방 원하는 클래스 찾고 예약까지 할 수 있었고, 호스트랑 소통도 문제 없이 스무스했어요. 취미 생활 새로 시작하고 싶은 사람들에게 완전 강추해요

상담사랑 친구되기 라는 이름이 그냥 하는 말이 아니라는걸 알게되었어요.
오랜시간 힘들어했고 수많은 비싼 상담을 받아왔는데 오늘만큼 편안하고 만족한적은 없었던것 같아요.
 덕분에 솔직한 제 이야기를 할 수 있었고 너무 힘이 되는 통화였습니다. 좀 차가운 날씨지만 산책하면서 통화했는데 덕분에 따뜻한 시간이었고 마음이 정말 개운해진것 같아요.
 가벼운 마음으로 해본거였는데 안했으면 어쩔뻔햇나 싶을 정도로요😹
"다시 나 생각나는 일 없게  행복해져 ~" 라는 말은 정말 올해 들은 가장 큰 덕담이었어요ㅎㅎ 상담사님도 행복하세요!

기획자분이든 po분이든 계시다면, 캘린더 중심의 프로그램 선택도 하게 해주세요. 즉 특정 날짜를 선택시 가능한 프립을 보여주셨음 합니다. 사실 긴 시간을 들여 상품 선택을 했는데, 날짜가 안되거나 굳이 호스트랑 잡아야해서 너무 불편합니다. 그럼 또 귀찮게 취소해야해요. 이문제가 프립을 하고싶어도 안하게 하는데 좀 영향을 미치는 것 같아요. 물론 호스트가 이 플랫폼만 쓰지 않을거라 운영이 몹시 어렵겠지만, 차츰차츰 호스트분들 캘린더로 모시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 맨날 수기로 연락해야하고 너무 불편하고 귀찮아요 ㅠㅠ
