Thankfully I had a new number the second time because there is no one to talk to, respond to emails, update your phone number or even reset your account. Both times I’ve experienced earning enough points for something free only to be kicked out of the app and given a welcome message. I visited and made a purchase for $30+. I already had 45 points. When I went to login to see how many points I had toward a free sandwich (75) it gave me a welcome message. I visited the restaurant anyway and gave them number. They too, said it was only giving them a welcome message.
